It was very nice meeting and going fishing with you and my brother in law. As we said, our previous experience was mostly largemouthbass, peacockbass, catfish, and spear gun fishing. I also had the experience of fishing catch and release for bass, carp, catfish, walleye, steelhead, trout when I lived in New Mexico, Oregon and Colorado. As you see, it was mostly lake or river fishing. It was interesting to notice, that tarpon fishing is not as easy as it looks. You need to know how to allow the fish to hook himself. Anyway, I believe that because of the time of the year they were not biting that much. The bottom line is that we had a blast, my brother in law caught a seven pounder and I raised the bar with one that weighed 10 times mores. Anyway, thank you and Omar for today's tarpon fishing experience and would appreciate if you can email me the pictures that were taken with your camera. These pictures were priceless.
